Welcome to the Final Shipment help page. Expand the sections below to learn about different parts of the game.
You begin Final Shipment with a small stash of cash and a single drug unlocked. Your aim is to build your empire, deposit cash into the bank in order to increase your leaderboard score and claim the top spot as the world's number one kingpin.
The dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of your growing empire. From here you can monitor everything at a glance.
The shop is where you source everything needed to run your operation. Ingredients, packaging and equipment are grouped into tabs and their prices fluctuate each day, so watch the market.
On day 1 there's an opening day sale with a big discount on each item. After that prices fluctuate daily. If you hire supply runners they'll negotiate fresh discounts on one item each every morning.
Supply runners are a convenience, not a necessity. Once hired and told what to buy they'll automatically restock up to five items of your choice every hour and provide price advice next to shop listings. You're free to play without them if you prefer to have more control over what you buy.
The Special tab offers a unique consumable called the Badge of Immunity, this badge will keep you alive...at a cost!
The staff menu lets you hire, manage and reorder the people that keep your empire running. Drag their portraits to rearrange the order.
Chemists convert raw materials into finished drugs. Each new hire costs more than the last. Chemists earn experience with every batch they produce and work faster on drugs they've mastered. Flip a chemist's card to see their Drug Mastery stars.
Dealers sell your products in territories. Their hire fee rises with each additional dealer and they earn commission on sales. Assign dealers to territories, choose which drugs they carry and watch their hood control rating climb the more time they spend there; higher ratings mean higher prices. Dealers can automatically top up their inventory from your warehouse stock; select a drug on their staff card, choose an amount and they'll always grab this amount from the warehouse before heading out. If you'd rather give the dealers free will over how much they take with them then choose up to three drugs for them, turn on Smart Stocking (green SS button) and they'll work out the projected sales for the day and adjust how much they need to take out for this sales period. They'll even carry more of what they think will sell better and less of what they don't. Flip their card to view their drug mastery because the more they sell of a particular product the more knowledge they have of it and the better the prices they'll get for it.
Supply runners handle your shopping for you. Their hire cost increases for each and every hire. Assign up to five items to each runner and they'll restock to your desired levels at several intervals throughout the day. Toggle this on and off on their staff card if you wish to pause their purchasing.
Lab assistants research new ingredients, packaging and equipment required to unlock higher tier drugs. They will always research the next drug available to you automatically. There's a limit to how many you can hire and the cost goes up with each assistant. Each day they will also grant random bonuses to all your chemists' work speed or your dealers' sales prices. They can even brew special items like Rush Energy Formula, Party Poppers and Lucky Lotion. Having more assistants speeds up research and increases the number of bonuses you receive.
Henchmen provide muscle. Assign them to a territory, a dealer or yourself to help protect you and your dealers. Henchmen assigned to a territory can find gear. Equip them with this gear to increase their combat power which determines how well they're able to fight off attacks from the cartel! With no henchman assigned to a territory your dealer is done. With a henchman assigned they will try at all costs to protect your dealer. Start equipping your dealer with weapons and armour and then everybody has a chance at coming home as your henchman may kill the attacker.
The production menu lists every drug and allows you to produce the ones you've unlocked and lets you control aspects of their manufacture.
You start with a single drug unlocked. Hiring lab assistants and allowing them time to research will reveal the components needed for additional drugs not yet unlocked.
To produce manually, click the Produce button at the bottom of the drug description (make sure you have the required ingredients).
Assign chemists to the drug and they'll automatically produce it for you. You can assign up to five chemists per drug but provide them with the ingredients to make them by buying them from the shop. Progress bars show you how far along each batch is.
The Production Priority determines the order in which your supply runners will decide which drugs to buy ingredients for should you not have enough money to buy everything. Drugs of equal priority will have their ingredients bought for evenly.
You can pause production of each drug at a certain stock level should you need to. It's good to set an amount you're comfortable with so that you can then build funds rather than continually produce and have to purchase more and more ingredients because production is never ending.
The territories are where your dealers operate.
You start with Old Town unlocked. Click a territory's portrait to flip it over and read a description of the area you're dealing with.
Every territory has a minimum and maximum number of customers. The number of active customers changes each day within that range.
Assign a dealer to a territory using the dropdown, pick which drugs they should carry and how much. Each day survived in a territory will see the dealer increase their hood control rating. Dealers with a high hood control rating can charge more for their product and will share their advice on what to sell and what not to sell in that area today. This advice applies only to the territory they're stationed in, so follow it if you want to maximise profits.
Once you assign stock to a dealer you'll see the stock levels right on the territory card. Get them stocked before they head out to sell (10am-12pm and 10pm-12am)!
General trend indicators hint at whether the market is hot or cold but should only be used as a rough guideline.
The bank menu is your financial hub.
The Leaderboard Deposit section lets you stash away money permanently. Your final leaderboard score at the end of the game is based on the amount you've deposited here, so bank your profits often. Be warned though that if you bank it to keep it safe, you cannot take it out, you can only top it up.
The Savings section pays daily interest on funds. Deposit spare cash here to grow it risk free, keeping in mind there's a 48-hour holding period before you can withdraw should you need it.
The Loans section provides quick capital when you're short on funds. Loans must be repaid daily with interest, so use them wisely. You'll be offered a higher loan amount the more territories you have unlocked. If you have an active loan you cannot deposit to the leaderboard score until your loan is paid off so choose wisely what you want to do. Loans can be paid off early (and in chunks) if you can afford it.
The daily profit/loss panel summarises yesterday's earnings and expenses so you can gauge performance.
The sales reports list revenue, units sold and a projection for today's sales for every territory based on the current customer counts.
The leaderboard menu ranks you against other players globally. The time periods for the leaderboard are all-time, yearly, monthly, weekly and daily. The local leaderboard shows your scores only so you can see what your personal best is here.
The settings menu contains quality-of-life options such as toggling audio on or off and enabling automatic acceptance of found gear and suppressing notifications. Adjust these to suit your play style.

Alright everyone and thank you for playing my game! First off, I'm not a coder, nor a web developer. I have a grand total of zero skills in those areas, pretty much all areas actually! This is my first ever website! What I do have though is ideas. My ideas are what you see implemented here within this game. I just wanted to see if this was possible which it obviously is as you're here. I've spent a lot of hours on this, often up until the early hours so I really hope you enjoy it. Look after yourself and have a good one.
If you’d like to support the site or buy my cat some of the ridiculously expensive treats he likes then I just want you to know that I’m forever grateful.
Thank you very much.
